Shipping.
Every order is packed by us in-house and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on all US orders over $150.
- Standard US shipping — $12 flat, delivered in 3–6 business days.
- Expedited US shipping — $28 flat, delivered in 1–2 business days.
- International shipping — calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Processing
Orders placed before 12pm ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday. You'll get a tracking link the moment your label prints.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the EU. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email hello@audacityavenue.com and we'll sort it.
Lost or delayed
If your package hasn't moved in 7 business days, reach out. We'll open a claim with the carrier and get a replacement out to you within 48 hours.
